The matching diaphragm plate is made of elastic PP molding and heat sealing, which has the advantages of high strength and long cycle.
High degree of automation of the equipment, hydraulic cylinder compaction, pressure maintaining, pressure supplement, feeding, reflux, filter plate loosening and cake unloading, the whole process is fully automated, without manual phased operation.
The pressing mode is hydraulic pressing mode, the pressing force range is 20mpa-25mpa, and the automatic pressure maintaining during filtration is realized through electrical control.
Filter pressure feed filter pressure tested by professional departments, the maximum filter pressure should not be greater than 0.6MPa, diaphragm press pressure should also be maintained in the range of 0.5mpa-1.6mpa, used within the specified pressure range, not only to ensure the best performance of filter press and supporting filter media, but also to maximize the service cycle of equipment and filter media (filter cloth).
