Installation

Usage

According to the controller's instructions, adjust the electric furnace to the required temperature for use. The first time or the long time after use, the furnace must be dried to prevent the furnace and the door from shrinking and rupturing.

Drying time: 20℃-200℃ 8 hours

200℃-900℃ 10 hours

900℃-950℃ 2 hours

When drying at about 200℃, slightly open the furnace door and let go of the moisture in the furnace.

Matters needing attention

1. The ground wire must be installed.

2 Turn off the power when loading materials.

3Alkaline, acidic substances and hydrogen chloride will oxidize the heating elements at high temperatures, which will shorten the service life.

4The liquid is not allowed to overflow on the heating element to avoid burning the heating element.

5 Regularly check the fastening wiring connection screws.

6 It must work in the case where the relative temperature does not exceed 85% and there is no conductive dust and Egyptian explosive gas.

7Keep the inside of the furnace clean.

8Continuous work should be within 12 hours.
