  When the cone crusher machine is overloaded due to materials that cannot be crushed through the crushing chamber or other reasons, the cone crusher spring protection system will be implemented, and the ore discharge opening will be enlarged. Foreign bodies will be removed from the crushing chamber, which will provide protection. If foreign bodies get stuck in the discharge nozzle, the spring protection system starts the chamber cleaning system and continues to enlarge the outlet nozzle so that foreign objects can be removed from the crushing chamber of the cone crusher.

  Under the action of the spring, the discharge opening automatically returns to its original position, and the cone crusher works normally. This series of cone crusher is divided into three types: large size cone crusher, medium size cone crusher and fine cone crusher. Customers can choose different type according to specific needs.
