Principle overview
◎ Integrated mode of inclined plate concentration channel. Each settling channel has the same functions of feeding, grading concentration, sand discharge and overflow, and the same structure size, ensuring the stability and identity of the operation of each grading concentration channel;
◎ The inclined plate group is modular. The same inclined plate group module is combined and integrated to form the required total equipment settlement area, which can simply realize the large- scale equipment;
◎ According to the difference in the nature of the pulp and the difference in the size of the classification particle size, the deformation design of the inclined plate channel can be carried out to make the equipment play the best performance;
◎ The concentration process is completed in each independent inclined plate channel, and the fine particle overflow or clean water is directly discharged laterally from the overflow surface of each channel, shortening the overflow discharge path, and effectively solving the problem of short circuit and circulation of fine particles in the overflow discharge process to ensure that the equipment obtains a higher graded concentration efficiency, the graded concentration return water efficiency can generally reach more than 70%;
◎ The intermittent high-frequency micro-vibration of the slanted plate group module performs regular automatic cleaning of the slanted plate group module, so that the materials on the slanted plate can slip in an orderly manner, ensuring that no material is accumulated on the surface of the slanted plate, and there is no blockage between the plates, thereby ensuring the equipment long-term stable work efficiency;
◎ A special material removal device is installed in the thick cone to avoid the accumulation of materials in the thick cone. According to the needs of users, it can realize high-concentration underflow forced ore discharge, with an underflow concentration of ≥70%, which meets the requirements of dry discharge and dry heap of concentrate mine and tailings;
◎ The equipment can be used not only for concentration and return water, but also for classification and desilting, adding flocculant to pretreat the slurry, and can also be used as an efficient thickener.
◎ The equipment occupies a small area, consumes less power, and has low use and maintenance costs.
