Working Principle

This machine mainly relies on the open circuit magnetic system arranged by permanent magnets inside the cylinder to form the filter cake. When the magnetic materials are fed into the material box, the solid magnetic materials in the magnetic material and the gravity of the particles themselves are quickly adsorbed on the filter cloth of the cylinder in the form of magnetic clusters (at this time, the minerals in the filter cake can be stratified according to the particle size with the help of an appropriate amount of compressed air blowing).

Due to the upper feeding, the effect of mineral stratification in the filter cake is more obvious, so the filter cake is thick and has good air permeability. With the rotation of the cylinder, it enters the dehydration area. Under the effect of vacuum, the residual water in the filter cake is extracted through the filter cloth and through the two vacuum pipes on the filter chamber and the distribution head, and the dehydrated material is blown down by compressed air in the discharge area, After unloading, the filter cloth enters into the cleaning area. When cleaning, the air blast and water are used alternately. The compressed air forces the water to blow out from the cylinder, forming a better cleaning process, preventing the filter cloth gap from blocking, and preparing good conditions for the next material dehydration.
