Working principle
The spiral chute is composed of the ore feeder, cross (tripod), ore feeder, spiral groove, intercepting groove, gathering bucket and groove pillar.
The working characteristic of the spiral chute is that the fine, medium and tailings are intercepted at the end of the groove, and no washing water is added during the sorting process.
The spiral groove is the main part of the equipment, and the spiral piece made of glass steel is connected by bolts. The inner surface of the spiral groove is coated with a wear-resistant lining, usually polyurethane wear-resistant glue or epoxy resin mixed with artificial emery. While the spiral groove body is pasted, a wear-resistant layer containing diabase powder is provided on the inner surface.
Above the spiral trough, there is an ore separator and an ore feeding trough; at the lower part, there is a product interceptor and an ore receiving trough. The whole equipment is erected vertically with channel steel.
