Installation
Electric furnace system complete equipment, whether the inspection of the open package is complete, whether the controller and the thermocouple are matched, the electric furnace and the controller can be installed on the appropriate ground or workbench according to the situation of the workshop or the laboratory, and at the level, according to the electric furnace And the specification or wiring of the controller is connected with various wires and tightened. The wires connecting the power supply should be selected according to the load standard of the electric furnace current. The thermocouple is inserted into the temperature measuring hole of the electric furnace 20-50 mm, and the thermocouple gap is asbestos. Rope or aluminosilicate padding to reduce heat loss.
Usage
According to the controller's instructions, adjust the electric furnace to the required temperature for use. The first time or the long time after use, the furnace must be dried to prevent the furnace and the door from shrinking and rupturing.
Drying time: 20℃-200℃ 8 hours
200℃-900℃ 10 hours
900℃-950℃ 2 hours
When drying at about 200℃, slightly open the furnace door and let go of the moisture in the furnace.
Matters needing attention
1. The ground wire must be installed.
2 Turn off the power when loading materials.
3Alkaline, acidic substances and hydrogen chloride will oxidize the heating elements at high temperatures, which will shorten the service life.
4The liquid is not allowed to overflow on the heating element to avoid burning the heating element.
5 Regularly check the fastening wiring connection screws.
6 It must work in the case where the relative temperature does not exceed 85% and there is no conductive dust and Egyptian explosive gas.
7Keep the inside of the furnace clean.
8Continuous work should be within 12 hours.
9Cracks in the furnace can continue to be used without affecting the overall structure.
